OUR STORY
From the Job Site to Practical Coaching
We started on the job. After a decade plus of pouring concrete, fixing schedules at midnight, and keeping crews safe through tight windows, we saw the same problem over and over. Good tech existed, but it never fit the day-to-day work. It either added steps or sounded like jargon and can be intimidating.
So we built a different approach. We take practical tools, strip the nonsense, and teach crews and leaders how to use them where it matters most: on site. No slides, no buzzwords, just hands-on coaching that changes how a job runs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions from the field
And the boardroom.
Is this just generic AI?
No. We are AI built for construction. Prompt Workbench uses templates shaped by real project experience, so it understands unforeseen conditions, RFIs, and punch lists without teaching it the job.
How do my people learn it?
The first win takes under five minutes. No training required. Art guides users as they work. For deeper skills, the Academy will offer short practical lessons tied to real tasks.
What about data risk?
Your data stays yours. Prompt Workbench uses your approved company documents as the source of truth. That means responses are grounded in your contracts and procedures, not the open internet. IT and Legal keep full logging and control.
Procore / Autodesk?
We don’t replace them. We help your people get more value from the tools you already rely on by improving the inputs that go into your systems of record.
